Desired Skills

Experience in 1 or more PHP based MVC frameworks like Codeigniter, Laravel.
Must have experience in Angular.JS / Node.JS / React.JS
Hands-on experience in JavaScript on both client and server-side.
Must have experience with any CMS (WordPress, Joomla, Drupal, Magento, etc.)
Strong knowledge of MySQL databases, including their construction, stored procedures, triggers and performance management.
Solid expertise with open web standards technologies, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, including jQuery and other libraries.
Must be proficient in various APIs and external interfaces like (Location based, maps, chat and messaging, charting, social apis, payment gateway etc.).
Must be aware of various security requirements for web based application.

Key Responsibilities

Work closely with design, product management and development teams to create elegant, usable, responsive and interactive interfaces across multiple devices.
Turning UI/UX designs into prototypes, creating awesome interactions from designs, writing reusable content modules and maintainability of the code.
Implement UI development principles to ensure that the product client-side serves at scale.
Review and optimize the app usage by monitoring key metrics and rectifying the issues proactively.
An ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment and bring in optimal flow for rapidly changing design/ technology.
Web server hosting and simple configurations like domain pointing, DNS services, Mail server settings.
Complete knowledge of SDLC and various methodologies (like Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, Rapid Application Development [RAD] etc.)
Mentoring, monitoring and team management.
Planning and formulation of strategies to support and guide the project team.
Monitor development activities and report project progress.
Strong logic and problem solving skills.
Previous use of a version control system (Git or SVN).
